Classroom365 Refund and Returns Policy

At Classroom365, your satisfaction is paramount. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy provides guidance on how to proceed with returns and refunds for purchases made through our website.

Return Eligibility

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Products eligible for return:

  • Physical goods must be in their original condition and their original packaging.
  • Digital products and services are eligible for return if they have not been accessed or downloaded.

Time Frame:

Condition:

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Subscription services after the subscription term has begun.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Process

To begin the return process, contact the Classroom365 office via our website with your order number and reason for the return. You can email us at office@classroom365.co.uk. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping:

You will receive shipping instructions via email. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error, for example, an incorrect or faulty item. Items such as interactive screens are expensive items to return and process.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If the item meets our return criteria, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for items returned in accordance with our refund and returns policy.
  • Refund Amount: The full purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges
