Refund and Returns Policy
1. Introduction
Classroom365 Limited aims to provide a fair and clear process for returns, refunds and exchanges.
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to eligible purchases made through our website or directly from Classroom365, unless separate written contract terms apply.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
2. Proof of Purchase
To process a return, refund or exchange, we may require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice, receipt or order number.
3. Returns for Physical Goods
Where eligible, physical goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging, accessories and documentation included.
Where a return is eligible, customers should contact Classroom365 within 14 days of receiving the goods. Where cancellation rights apply, customers will usually have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.
Some items may not be eligible for return where they have been used, damaged, installed, customised, specially ordered or are no longer in a resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
4. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, please contact Classroom365 as soon as possible.
We may ask for photographs, serial numbers, packaging details or other information to help us assess the issue.
Where appropriate, Classroom365 may offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and any applicable statutory rights.
5. Digital Products, Licences and Services
Digital products, software licences, subscriptions, support services and service-based purchases may have different cancellation and refund rules.
Where digital content, software access, licences or subscriptions have been activated, accessed, downloaded, provisioned or used, refunds may not be available unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Where services have already started or where work has already been carried out, any refund may be reduced to reflect the work completed, licence costs incurred, supplier charges, setup work or other committed costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, incorrect, not as described or otherwise required by law, the following may not be eligible for return or refund:
- customised, personalised or specially ordered items;
- installed or used equipment;
- opened software, activated licences or digital products;
- subscriptions after the subscription period has started;
- services where work has already begun;
- items damaged after delivery;
- items returned without original packaging, accessories or documentation where this affects resale or return to the supplier.
7. Return Process
To request a return or refund, please get in touch with Classroom365 with your order number, invoice number and reason for the return.
Email: office@classroom365.co.uk
Telephone: 020 7952 5308
Please do not return items to the manufacturer or supplier unless Classroom365 has instructed you to do so.
Classroom365 will provide return instructions where a return is approved.
8. Return Shipping
The customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival.
For large, fragile or specialist items, such as interactive screens, AV equipment or other bulky goods, return shipping and collection costs may be significant. These costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted.
Items should be packaged securely. Classroom365 may not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping where the customer arranged the return.
9. Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, Classroom365 will confirm whether a refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval or, where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds may exclude delivery charges, installation charges, collection charges, setup fees, licence fees, supplier charges or other costs already incurred, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, not as described or otherwise required by law.
10. Exchanges
Classroom365 may offer exchanges at its discretion, depending on product availability, supplier terms and the condition of the returned item.
Please get in touch with us before returning an item or placing a replacement order.
11. Business and Contract Purchases
Many Classroom365 purchases are made by schools, academies, trusts, businesses or other organisations.
Where a purchase is made under a quotation, purchase order, service agreement, project agreement or other written contract, the relevant contract terms may apply in addition to or instead of this policy.
12. Related Policies
This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer Policy.
13. Changes to This Policy
Classroom365 may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time.
The latest version will be published on our website.
