LGBTQ+ Policy Statement
- Non-Discrimination: Classroom365 strictly prohibits discrimination or harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. This applies to all aspects of employment, including hiring, promotion, training, and compensation.
- Inclusive Language and Communication: Classroom365 uses inclusive language and communication that respects all individuals’ gender identities and expressions.
- Workplace Culture: Our workplace values diversity and demands respect for all. All employees must treat colleagues with dignity, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. Any discrimination or harassment towards LGBTQ+ individuals is strictly prohibited.
- Dress Code and Gender Identity: Classroom365 will allow employees to dress consistently with their gender identity and expression.
- Support and Resources: Classroom365 will provide resources and support for LGBTQ+ employees, including information on local LGBTQ+ support organisations, counselling services, and other relevant resources.
- Training: Classroom365 is committed to providing training and education to its employees on LGBTQ+ inclusion and non-discrimination.
- Reporting and Resolution: Any incidents of discrimination or harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression should be reported to the Office Manager. Classroom365 will take prompt action to investigate and resolve such incidents.
