About Classroom365 – ICT Excellence in Education
Classroom365 is an established IT support company based in the London Borough of Southwark. We provide ICT support and managed IT services for schools, academies and trusts, helping education settings keep technology reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
We work exclusively with the education sector, so our advice is shaped by the day-to-day realities schools face. That includes teaching and learning, safeguarding, staff support, budget pressures and the need for dependable systems that work properly.
Alongside day-to-day ICT technical support, we provide a wide range of related services, including helpdesk support, onsite technical support, Wi-Fi and networking, broadband, filtering, cyber security, classroom technology, device procurement and consultancy for education projects.
Classroom365 is an approved supplier on the Crown Commercial Service TePAS 2 framework. Crown Commercial Service has since been replaced by the Government Commercial Agency, but the framework remains an important route through which we support DfE and local authority projects, including new school build programmes.
Why Schools Choose Classroom365
Classroom365 is led by Paresh Ghedia, Mark Friend and Pritesh Ghedia, who together bring decades of IT experience across schools, local education authorities and the British Council. That background helps us give schools practical advice based on real education environments.
We are proud of the team we have built at Classroom365. Many of our staff have been with us for over 10 years, bringing valuable experience, continuity and strong working relationships with the schools we support. We also place real value on training and professional development, helping our team continue to grow alongside the schools and trusts we work with.
Many of our clients have worked with Classroom365 for more than 20 years, and much of our growth continues to come through recommendations and word of mouth. We believe that trust is built by being responsive, practical and consistent, and by providing support that schools can rely on year after year.
Who We Work With
We support a wide range of education providers, including primary schools, secondary schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, special schools, children’s centres, nursery schools and pupil referral units.
Because we work solely in education, we understand the importance of practical support, clear communication and long-term planning. Schools need more than generic IT advice. They need a partner that understands how technology affects staff, pupils, safeguarding and the wider running of the school.
Community Support
At Classroom365, we are also pleased to support community and digital inclusion projects where we can.
Last year, we donated a Chromebook charging trolley to The Salvation Army in Exeter to support its Employment Plus local project. We were later delighted to hear how the donation had helped support training, a quiet study space and wider community activity.
It was encouraging to see how a practical piece of technology could make a meaningful difference beyond the classroom, and we were proud to play a small part in supporting such valuable work.
