The internal power supply may need replacing if your SMART white board has no power. If there is no functionality, the HDMI and USB ports may be damaged, or there could be an internal wiring issue. These are all repairable and much more cost-effective than replacing the panel entirely.
Your ICT support technician should have eliminated external factors such as faulty cabling and connection issues on the connected desktop or laptop and checked your SMART support warranty.
