Mark Friend, BSc (Hons), is a Company Director at Classroom365 and has worked in technology for nearly 30 years. He began his IT career at Rothschild Bank in Sydney, Australia, before leading global VPN projects for the British Council. For the past two decades, Mark has specialised in the UK education sector, helping primary and secondary schools modernise their networks, strengthen safeguarding with cyber security solutions, and make effective use of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and MIS systems.
